Maturity Development Recommendations are guidelines provided to improve process efficiencies from one maturity level to the next maturity level. And, in doing so, increasing the overall value and benefit a program and its inherent processes provides to the organization. In the case of People Risk Management, Maturity Development Recommendations are aimed at improving the ten Key Process Areas, from one maturity level to the next and thereby ensuring an ongoing effort aimed at the safety, security and well-being of people within and associated with a company.
